After Jovan passed, Nessa sighed and she looked at her fist, which was still clenched and she scoffed, while the demon kept on looking at her, knowing that something was wrong.

Both of them went to her room and he looked at her then tapped her on her shoulder and she glanced at him and he placed her to sit down on the bed.

"What's this about now?" She asked as she looked at him and his eyes narrowed then he sighed.

"Look, I know that you still don't trust me, I don't blame you either, I am shady, I get it, but in this mission, I am with you because of the benefits I can get from it, I won't betray you here and I am giving you every information that I have right now with me, but..." He responded in a stern tone and her eyes narrowed.

She looked at him and a smirk appeared on her face then she stood up and he looked at her as she got closer to him and his brows furrowed.

"Fine," She said.

"Huh? What do you mean by fine exactly, Nessa?" He asked and she looked at him then smiled a little.

"Hmm, tell me, demon, are you getting used to this?" She asked and he left staring at her then tilted his head a little to the right, wondering what she meant by that and she knew that he didn't understand and she chuckled.

"I almost forgot that it doesn't quite matter, I will tell you my part of this, tell me, did you find anything while keeping an eye out today?" She asked.

"A few people were acting a bit suspicious, none from the council though, not yet at least, if one of them there were bad, they would be cautious, they wouldn't want to catch anybody's eyes so, they would be as careful as they can be," He responded and she nodded as she looked out the balcony.

"Keep an eye on Jovan and the ones that you had your eyes on, Jovan is a bit different," She replied.

"I will, also something doesn't add up when that young one who came from afar is concerned, it's a bit strange, Kyle was a bit too calm today, he also had that look on his face, one where he seemed as though he wanted something to happen but it didn't, something else happened instead, I will make sure of my information and give it all to you, don't worry," He said and she smiled a little.

"I see, so Kyle is the one you are targeting for now, I understand, I will figure it out with him sooner than later, I am not going to waste any more time, this has to come to an end, also, I won't worry, we have to play this smart, good night, demon," She replied and he sighed.

"What?" She asked.

"It's nothing," He responded.

"Eh? Demon? I see, but I don't know your real name and I have no intention of just calling you a fake name, I don't like that, I only do it unless I have to, so if you don't like it, this is your fault, remember that," She said and he exhaled deeply.

"Hey, hey, I get it, there is no need for a full explanation, woman, gosh, good night," He replied then left the room and she chuckled.

"It's nice to trouble him," She said then grabbed her nightgown and went to get changed, since she was sleepy and wanted to get some rest.

After she finished changing, Nessa fixed the curtains in her food then went into her bed and stretched off.

"Now, from tomorrow on I have to start getting everything out, there is not much time to waste, it's time for this part to come to an end, here," She mumbled before stretching off and after a few minutes, she fell asleep.
