It has been over 8 hours since Emilio has been "abducted", and as per usual, he woke up on the clock to read the "report" from his lab that's been far away from him, this is so that any kind of activities that can potentially be discovered will not be able to implicate him, also the Secret Service Department have prohibited digital sending of the lab reports to avoid detection, specially so that the Information and Communications Technology Department is yet to fully bloom and cyber attacks are still rampant left and right with some even suspected to be coming from people with governmental directives.

Thinking of this, Apolinario, while using his self-made GPS jamming device in his own car, plunched the SUV in his safehouse that also can't be detected by the government, he even made sure to hire clean hitmen to take care of any agents that will pursue him one day. Surely, he doesn't want to have his privacy compromised just by having clout in the Secret Service. Without getting out of the car, Apolinario opened the envelope with a serious expression.

Thinking of this, Apolinario finally saw the document, causing his eyes to morph from one that had vigilance to the one with unconcealed anger, slowly, as if edging himself, he read the 10-page document with numbers, letters, and jargon he couldn't understand.

What he can understand, however, is that these are the reports of the applied physicists in the lab of Emilio, and in the end is a blueprint.

And that blueprint has a name, "Emilio's bomb".

He thought that he could just become a secretary, and somehow, someway, change the structure of this godforsaken land.

But now, he has changed his mind.

He will not let his friend, or any other children, have their emotions be snatched away by force just for a revolution that's doomed to be hounded with criticism and possibly the third world war.

Apolinario will force this derailed country in the right direction.

And as his first step towards this is to save his friend, to keep, restore all that was deprived of Emilio.
