Chapter 438 Stone shard within the case

They followed her further into the manor and into a long hallway, which had a large Mahagony door and seal on it at the very end. Agra placed her palm against the door as her eyes glowed red and the seal began glowing gold and red as it began disappearing from the door and she opened the door, to which a strong form of energy rushed out of it, hitting them like a strong gush of wind and Nessa's eyes narrowed as the green energy floated around them.

The demon glanced at her then at the wave of energy, one which seemed to have a mind of its own and he stood beside her, cautiously.

Agra led them into the room which had a dim lighting, with many different types of artifacts within it, most of which had some sort of energy surrounding it, dark and light.

She looked around when she felt as though something called out to her and she paused in her tracks as she looked around the room, wondering what it was that she heard and Agra looked at her with her brows furrowed.

She and Lev exchanged glances as they approached Nessa, whose mind was elsewhere, as she tried to pinpoint where the voice came from, but all she could see before her was an old katana on a wall.

"What is it?" Agra asked.

"Nothing, I just thought I heard something, well let's keep going," She responded and Agre nodded then kept on walking and they all followed her quietly, while being careful not to touch anything.

As they walked, Nessa's gaze wandered around the space they were in, one with many different types of thing, each which had its own unique purpose as well as meaning, making them both fascinating as well as dangerous, a combination that does not go well, with a curious mind.

"What? Are you serious?" Lev asked and the demon nodded as Nessa glanced at him.

"I believe and he is right, he has nothing to hide when this is concerned at least and no reason to lie about this, just now when I touched the case, I felt the energy reaching towards me, it was dark and the chances are high," Nessa added.

"That is not good and we cannot move it, not now it draws too much attention and none of them are the good kind," Agra said with a sigh and Lev's brows furrowed as he looked at her.

"What are you going to do now?" Lev asked her as the one in the hoodie, who was with them all along but stayed quiet and let them handle their business, stepped forward with a sigh and the others looked at him, wondering what he was up to.

"They are both right, even I can sense it from here, one wrong move and everything can go wrong, this cannot get into the wrong hands by any means, all of you have your own points with this and it cannot be moved either, something else needs to be done," He said.

"Agreed," The demon replied and the guy nodded as they turned to look at Nessa alongside Agra and Lev.

"Well, I know for sure you know a lot more about certain types of things, what do you suggest?" Nessa asked the demon.

"Anti-magic case or use an anti-magic artifact on the case, it will help and block of some of its energy from getting out, making things harder to sense or even locate it," The demon responded as they exchanged glances, knowing that it could work and was currently their only and best option, since no one had any other idea.
