The two black-robed figures were standing directly beneath the mountain range, and they experienced a moment of sluggishness in their spiritual sense as the time law power fluctuations washed over them. By the time they returned to their senses, the mountain range had already fallen upon them.
The mountains had no substantial form, so they weren't all that heavy, but the Eastern Vicissitudes Divine Tree growing upon them did have a substantial form, and their root systems extended out of the mountains to bind the pair of black-robed figures.
The roots pierced through their skin and into their bodies, causing them to cry out in pain before falling silent, and their combined spirit domain quickly faded away, leaving Chi Meng to look on with a grim and agitated expression.
She could see that Jian Qiu and Xi Tang were also struggling in their respective battles, and a furious look appeared on her face as she yelled, "I'll give you credit for backing me into a corner like this, but this is as far as you go!"
Immediately thereafter, she raised both hands to the sky, and in that instant, all of the surrounding world's origin was incinerated into nothingness, creating something akin to a vacuum around her.
Her flowing, red locks rose up into the air, while golden flames erupted out of her eyes, giving her the appearance of an ancient deity of fire with terrifying energy fluctuations surging out of her body.
With a casual wave of her hand, she released a golden flame that resembled a flower petal, sending it flying directly toward Han Li.
In response, Han Li channeled his Heavenly Baleful Purgatory Arts before throwing a punch in retaliation, unleashing a massive fist projection to clash against the fiery flower petal.
A resounding boom rang out as the golden flower petal passed through the fist projection without any trouble before continuing on toward Han Li.
Han Li's brows furrowed slightly upon seeing this, and he slashed his Azure Bamboo Cloudswarm Sword through the air, unleashing an arc of golden lightning that struck the flower petal to scatter it into countless specks of golden fire.
Through the golden flames, Han Li could see that an enormous, fiery, golden flower had appeared behind Chi Meng, with its petals fanned out behind her like the canopy of a peacock.
